Actually, it looks like Kimberly Stewart is about to keel over from the weight of that cart! What the heck could she have in there, anyway, 2 bottles of Fiji water and some Diet Coke?
With all those reality shows coming out, couldn't she afford an assistant? We hear one of Lindsay's is available!
