Nope, that IS Tara Reid herself. The party girl was looking both sexy and demure at the Polaroid Beach House in Malibu this weekend. Cute shorts, cute top, even her hair looked combed! What a welcome change from something like this. 
For some reason, this pic looks a tad less classy. Oh well, nice try, Tara!
