Doesn't She Look, uh, Happy?

Well, she certainly does look beautiful and classy (as always) -- even her outfit is a big improvement (the Seven jeans are a bit 2001, but we're gonna let that go) -- but what's up with the facial expressions? Reese is clearly stressed about something!
