Paris' Blue Job

Paris abandoned her basic black to step out in this shiny blue number last night. It's great that she got that sparkly cross to match her dress (not to mention her contacts!), but this outfit has me feeling a little, uh, blue. 
Why so blue, Paris? Could Cisco not scrape together cab fare?
