Lindsay just copped a plea and will likely serve approximately one day in jail, and now In Touch Weekly is reporting that, last Friday, younger sister Ali was in a traffic accident in Long Island! 13-year-old Ali was allegedly sneaking out of her family's home to be "with her friend, a 16-year-old boy who has a learner's permit." Oh, and he took the car without his mom's permission. An insider says about Ali: "Luckily, she was not hurt."

UPDATE: According to Lohan's rep, Leslie Sloane Zelnick, Ali was never in the car - these reports are false!
