Paris And Stavros Back Together?

After a long work out, it's time to party! Our favorite socialite decided to head over to Les Deux with her entourage... but not before posing for a picture with some fans. How sweet! When leaving the club that night, however, Paris made sure to stay covered up and out of sight. And even later on, we spotted a very familar SUV parked outside Paris' pad. Has Stavros returned? Interesting!
