After spending the day on the set of her video shoot in Santa Monica, Britney, wearing a lace see-through top with a leopard bra and hot pants, left the shoot (in costume?) with Alli to make a stop a Carl's Junior. Later, she made a quick change at the Beverly Wilshire hotel before heading out to party at Winston's with Alli in tow.
