They're both wearing black and white, but Nicky Hilton (flashing a rare smile) paired her drop-waist dress with black tights and a quilted Chanel bag, where her older sister decided to go bare legged.
I gotta give this one to Nicky - her caramel-colored hair is very complimentary and those black tights make her outfit a bit edgier and chicer than her sister's!
