First, her husband demanded she take a drug and alcohol test before being able to see their youngest children (he thankfully dropped the request), and now, according to the NY Post, she's being sued for a fraud by a man who claims she and Lindsay ran out on $400,000 loan to be used to start Lindsay's reccording career. (She eventually got signed to a label and skipped out on the sessions that were previously arranged for her). Poor Dina. And going through all this while her oldest is going through all that!
