Nicole Richie and Joel Madden may be engaged according to an announcement made by a local radio DJ this past Friday in Arlington, Virginia, US Weekly reports. The DJ came on stage after a concert by Madden and bro Benji and asked the crowd "to give a warm congratulations" to the recently engaged couple. Joel acknowledged the roar of the crowd, but didn't make any comments, says a source at the show.

I can't wait for Nicole Richie, Nicole Richie's cleavage and Joel Madden to get married! But will it be before or after the baby is born?
