Is the world coming to an end, or something? Smile, Jessica! Just because Justin Timberlake is gone again is no reason to slouch. The sexy actress was spotted out and about in L.A. today with some essentials: bags, iPod and that scowling expression. Check out those sandals, too - they look like something from 300! But hey, she pulls it off. Why? Because Jessica Biel knows how to work it. Now if only she could work that "I'm constantly annoyed" look off her face... 
Maybe she's remembering that she was in Summer Catch with Freddie Prinze. Good times!
