Access Hollywood has learned that Lindsay Lohan has been charged with "seven misdemeanors stemming from her two recent DUI incidents" - but no felonies (which means a lot less jail time)! The fact that the Mean Girls star was allegedly in possession of cocaine may not be as big a factor as predicted... why? Because on both occasions "the amount found was below the .05 grams required for a felony filing."

The arraignment is scheduled for Friday in Beverly Hills, but Lohan - currently in rehab in Utah - is not required to attend. I'm sure she's ecstatic upon receiving this news, though!
