Paris Dines and Ditches Davis!

After Brandon Davis' birthday dinner at Mr. Chow, Paris cranked her stereo and took off down the street, leaving Brandon Davis running after her! The heiress never stopped, but they met up later at Les Deux...along with Paris' ex, Stavros!! That's the second time in one week! Are they back together? 
Paris dressed up but Brandon (still with that creepy eye) went casual.
