Nicole Spreads Her, uh, Goodwill?

Nicole showed off her amazing array of facial expressions at a Unifem event (Nicole's a Goodwill Ambassador) in Australia. That dress is gorgeous, but why the flats? Is she getting a complex from her second shorter husband, too? 
For a woman of 40, she still looks amazing. Course, she's had some help, but she does look amazing nonetheless!
