Katherine Heigl may play a doctor on television, but it doens't look like health is the first thing on her mind! The gorgeous actress, who plays Dr. Isobel Stevens on Grey's Anatomy enjoyed a ciggy after reading to her fiance, Josh Kelley (?) over lunch. What would Izzy say? 
Doesn't look like she's wearing her ring...is the wedding still on?The whole "reading to him" thing is sweet...a little creepy but sweet!
