Britney Gets Carted

Curious as to what Britney might have sent Alli to the store to pick up last night? Well, we took a closer look at the contents of Alli's cart, and in addition to your basic necessities, we saw juice, Coke, and a Carvel cake - sounds like the ingredients for a kid's birthday party to us! Now we're just left wondering whose birth Britney was celebrating - the smart money's on Jayden, but she might just as well have been stocking up for Sean Preston's b-day tomorrow!
