You've got to hand it to someone whose legs look great, even in ballet flats, but does she have to show them off underneath such a fug ensemble? Seriously, just because it looks "vintage" does not mean it's stylish! 
Hey, if her boyfriend, rocker Johnny Borrell, likes it, then I guess it doesn't matter what WE think!
