Lindsay Out In The Cold

Aside from the fact that we keep seeing Lindsay doing the same thing these days - smoking outside of rehab in Utah - it must be said: She looks SO good today! That jacket, that hair, those fingernails... flawless. Girl knows how to clean up for the cameras when she wants to! Very chic, Linds. Keep it up! 
But quit smoking! Why is smoking allowed in rehab, anyway? Doesn't make sense!
