Yes, that is a very pregnant Nicole Richie in Hawaii... on the beach... and in a red bikini - talk about a hot mama-to-be! The reality TV star relaxed on the sand with babydaddy Joel Madden.
Aw, they're so cute together! And it's nice to report that Nicole still looks happy and healthy. She'll be a MILF soon enough!
