Still No Kid-Fence At K-Fed's

A few months ago, we heard from an inside source that Kevin was the mastermind behind Child Protective Services being called on Britney due to her alleged (and later disproven) failure to put fences around her pool to protect Sean and Jayden from falling in. Well, turnabout is fair play - and yesterday, we noticed that Kevin still hasn't put a barrier between his pool and his kids! We've called Kevin out on this very subject before - isn't he worried about his kids' safety? (And if he is, then what on earth compelled him to put the bouncy castle he rented for his sons' birthdays right next to the un-secured pool?)
