Jessica Simpson decided to show some homestate pride while eating out at a Tex-Mex restaurant in Hollywood this weekend. Unfortunately, homegirl already wore this shirt a couple months back. And you know the most important celebrity rule when it comes to clothing: When you have that much money, don't be caught in the same outfit twice! Ah well, at least she ditched that other bag!
