Where's Your Spy Nanny, Denise?

Amidst a bitter custody dispute that has gotten increasingly more contentious, Denise Richards stepped out in Beverly Hills with her daughters Sam and Lola, without her ever-present nanny (pictured below). Hmmm, wherever could the nanny be? Perhaps at a lawyer's office making another "declaration"?
Friends of Brooke and Charlie were befuddled and amazed but mostly outraged
by Denise's latest allegation. A source close to the situation tells X17:
“This child molestation stuff is beyond horrible," said a friend. "Denise is a very bitter, jealous woman. Charlie is one of the highest paid actors on
TV. He's got a great girlfriend and a great life. And the kids love Brooke.
Denise doesn't have anything close to what Charlie has. So she's using a
paid employee to come up with this nonsense. It's transparent on its face."
The source went on to say: "The problem is that the nanny wouldn't just drop off Lola and Sam, she would stay with them. Imagine being involved in a bitter divorce and trying to spend quality time with your kids while your ex-wife's employee hovers
over you. It was like having a spy there. She was doing Denise's bidding.
Charlie got that stopped. He has the right to hire his own care giver and
the courts have acknowledged this."
I guess we'll see soon enough whether or not the nanny comes forward with any proof!
