Gordon stood by his Monday decision to let the father keep his kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James, for three more weeks - until the October 26th hearing where new assessments might be made. Our girl Brit is still allowed monitored visitation rights but, in the next three weeks, Britney must also attend "three counseling sessions" and fulfill the "drug testing requirement set forth on September 17." (Remember this list?) Sounds like a lot to ask for - not to mention a bit invasive - but if that's what's being asked, then that's what needs to be done!
