Brit & K-Fed: The Battle For Custody

This situation is really getting out of hand! X17 has learned that Kevin Federline shall indeed maintain custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James - for now - while Britney will be allowed monitored visitation rights. K-Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan voiced that, not surprisingly, he felt the orders "were justified." All parties involved are due back in court the 26th of October.
