As we await the final outcome of Britney and Kevin's hearing, some reports from inside the courthouse are trickling out.

One source, who saw Britney and Kevin, who was dressed in a dark suit, looking very "clean cut", enter the courthouse said both parties were looking extremely "somber", as they prepared for the battle ahead of them. While Kevin removed his sunglasses to go through the security check, Britney kept hers on.

Our source also said that Britney left the courtroom several times, appearing "upset".
