The online hipster music publication Pitchfork Media is reporting that the band has allowed seminal rap group the Wu-Tang Clan to sample "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" for their forthcoming album 8 Diagrams, thus making the Wu the first act in entertainment to license anything from the Fab Four. Sounds like we've got yet another reason to get excited about 8 Diagrams - as if a new Wu-Tang album wasn't reason enough on its own!
