We ran into the eternally courteous Katherine Heigl yesterday and, once again, found ourselves blown away by her graciousness - even when we catch her in the midst of something as unglamorous as going to Staples or a movie, she's always got a smile and a polite response for the photogs! Well, it's good to know that if that whole international-superstar-actress thing doesn't pan out, she'll always be able to fall back on a career as an etiquette coach!
