Jessica Simpson always seems to be behind the times, but last night she seemed to be celebrating early... for Halloween, that is! The singer slash "actress" made the rounds in Hollywood after dinner - hitting up Lindsay's former stomping grounds like Hyde and Winston's - wearing a bit too much eye-liner. The smoky eyes and dark outfit don't really blend with Jessica's blond hair and bubbly smile, right? Don't try so hard next time, Jess - you don't need to!
