The State of Britney's License

Brit may not have a California driver license but she does have one from Louisiana! A now former bodyguard told us a while back that the Queen B indeed does have a valid license from her home state. And further ...

According to the Superior Court of California's website:

An out-of-state license is valid until expiration or until you become a resident of California. Evidence of California residency includes the following:

Employment in the state

A California address where you are registered to vote

A California homeowner’s tax exemption filing

Resident tuition payment at a California college or university

It's unclear whether Britney ever established residency in the state of California, therefore if she has been driving with a Louisiana license, she would be in the clear.

As for the other tenants of residency, Brit isn't employed by a California company -- she works for herself, b*itches! Britney did attend classes at Pepperdine University a few years back, but Pepperdine is a private university, so in-state tuition doesn't apply. Also, does Britney vote in California? (or anywhere?) As for a homeowners tax exemption -- I doubt it.

Since driving without a California driver's license in no way endangers her children, we have to suspect that this is just another attempt by Kevin's camp to discredit Britney by any means necessary. We have requested a statement by Brit's attorney and are awaiting an answer ...
