How could you not love this new and improved Lilo?
Monday was a busy day for the rehabbed starlet, starting with a rehearsal for her new film Dare to Love Me at Millenium (where she brought along boyfriend Riley Giles), then they hit the Grove for a bit more shopping (and a lot of pap attention) before getting gorge at the Chris McMillan Salon. Lindsay's back, y'all!
