Britney Spears may not be due at court until later this afternoon, but that doesn't mean legal wheels aren't already in motion! A hearing on whether or not the pop princess' deposition will be videotaped just wrapped up a few minutes ago - Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan had been pushing hard for taping, although the judge ultimately shot his request down. And why might K-Fed's lawyer have wanted to see Britney caught on candid camera? Well, according to a source inside the courtroom, apparently Kaplan wanted to share Britney's testimony with child-rearing experts so that they could interpret her body language! The judge, however, was having none of it, and ruled that no videotaping would be allowed in his courtroom (although Kaplan's experts would be allowed to be present in the courtroom to analyze Brit's body language on the spot). We'll bring you more on this story as soon as we hear anything - stay tuned!
Don't forget - Britney may not be being filmed inside the courtroom, but we'll be going live as soon as she shows up!
