XCLUSIVE: Genie In A Chokehold?

Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman were sweet as pie when we saw them taking their leave from L'Ermitage last night - we just wish we could say the same about the hotel's security! Our photographers were respecting all the laws and making sure they stayed on public property when, out of nowhere, an overzealous hotel security guard grabbed one of our guys in a chokehold! Everyone - even Christina's husband Jordan Bratman and her bodyguard - rushed over to defuse the situation; eventually the pap was released and everyone went their respective ways. Still - WTF, y'all? Ever hear of a little thing called the First Amendment? 
We'd like to thank Jordan and the bodyguard for their help - you guys really saved our necks!
