According to People, Britney recieved a very special trick-or-treater on Halloween night -- old friend and tourmate Lance Bass! Bass, who considers Brit "family" says that she was one of the first people he came out to. He also said that during his visit with Britney, Sean and Jayden, he could "tell she's really trying so hard to get herself back in order." With all the new drama in her life, must be nice for Brit to know she can count on an old friend like Lance!
