Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan kept curiously mum yesterday after court - and after hearing what went down inside yesterday afternoon, we can certainly understand why! People is reporting that Britney and Kevin will be sharing custody of Sean Preston and Jayden over Christmas. Kaplan is quoted as saying that credit for the idea of splitting up the holiday deserves to go to Kevin, but after watching how smoothly things went over Thanksgiving, we have to believe that the courts were already mulling the idea over!
