Have They Reached An Agreement?

We're hearing from the courthouse that an agreement may have been reached in Britney Spears' custody hearing. The lawyers are currently on a lunch break; when they return, rumor has it that first Mark Vincent Kaplan will deliver a statement, and then shortly thereafter Britney's attorney Anne Kiley will give a statement of her own wherein she'll divulge the terms of the agreement.
