Mark Vincent Kaplan sure took off from court this afternoon in one hellacious hurry - heck, he was barely even willing to wait on the curb for the light to change! Kevin better get his lawyer to slow his roll - after all, we've been hearing for hours that the courts are cracking down on traffic violators!
