The Hills star Spencer Pratt, who's accused of spreading sex tape rumors about Lauren Conrad, is the latest victim of bad karma... or is he? A report from National Enquirer claimed there's footage of Pratt with his buds hooking up with some Brazilian women (this is all pre-Heidi, though), and guess who's allegedly been shopping it around? Spencer himself! While the 24-year-old assures Us Weekly there's no sex tape, the report still claims Spencer wants it "released on the sly under the guise that it had been 'stolen.'"
