Vanessa's Pappy Goes After Pap

Vanessa Hudgens was her typical quiet self yesterday as she left the gym - we just wish we could say the same about her dad! Out of nowhere, Vanessa's father charged at a pap (not one of ours) and shrieking at them to get away from his daughter. Luckily, Vanessa was there to calm her dad down (after she finished her cell phone conversation, of course). Who would have guessed it would take a teen starlet's protestations to stop her dad from acting like a High Schooler? 
After Vanessa's workout, Vanessa's dad worked a pap over!

We love to see celebs bonding with their parents - we just wish that they'd bond over something other than beating the crap out of us!
