Who's Aniston's New Man?

Jennifer Aniston was spotted at Friend Courteney Cox's Malibu party with a new man. After we spotted Jen's ex Paul Sculfor with a new girl over the weekend (which our clever commenters have ID'd as singer/songwriter Andrea Remanda), could she be getting a little jealous revenge? Although Jen didn't leave with the mystery guy, it did seem as though the two got awfully cozy while inside. Can anyone ID him? 
We could barely ID Sascha who kept incognito while coming out of the bash with Isla and little Olive. 
Why was Courteney leaving her own party?
Scott Caan, though, was the only guest who wasn't hiding!
