The adorable twosome - who had previously attended Kate Hudson's costume party together this weekend - spent Halloween together... with Reese's kids! Us reports that Reese (dressed as a witch) and Jake (dressed as an ape) took Ava and Deacon out trick or treating in Brentwood last night. "They were holding hands," says a witness.
