X17 photogs snapped former co-stars (and apparently still under-cover lovers) leaving Jake's parents' house Sunday! That's right, things are getting serious enough for Reese to meet the parents! Reese ducked when she saw the camera, while Jake flashed his now signature crazy eyes! Hot! 
Taking the kids trick-or-treating, meeting the 'rents...I guess a proposal might just be the next step after all!Wonder what Ryan thinks of Jake becoming his kids' step-dad?
