Of course, we'd probably have guessed that Paris was putting herself back on the market even without her helpful shirt - after all, we caught her coming out of Beverly Hills' Specialty Surgical Center! Take note, however, that the Center's website doesn't offer any cosmetic procedures - the only thing our girl Paris has changed about herself recently is her hairstyle. Guess she's not letting Stavros slip away without a fight!
