Daniel Baldwin DBALDWIN041907_11.jpg Bad news for the Baldwins - the Daily News is reporting that a judge has issued an arrest warrant for Daniel for his failure to appear in court!

The 47-year-old actor neglected to meet with a judge to give a progress update on his drug treatment, following a case last year where Daniel and another man were caught with cocaine. Sounds like the judge got righteously pissed, too - in addition to revoking Baldwin's probation, he made sure the bench warrant wouldn't allow for bail!

Baldwin's met with this judge regarding the progress he's making over his self-proclaimed "powerless[ness] over cocaine" - back in February, he reported passing 20 drug tests and claimed to have stayed sober for 92 days.

We certainly hope Daniel's been keeping up the fight against his addictions - cocaine's a hell of a drug!
