Britney To Have Sean and Jayden Tested for Marijuana?

After months of submitting to mandatory drug testing herself, Britney has finally decided to hold Kevin equally accountable for his actions, and now, Life & Style is reporting, she's calling on the court to test her two young sons for secondhand Marijuana smoke!
According to the mag, Britney believes Kevin's been smoking pot around the kids, because she "can smell it in the boys’ hair and on their clothes when she has her visitation with them."
Apparently, secondhand marijuana use can be tested by analyzing a lock of hair, which Britney plans on submitting to the court the next time the boys return from Kevin's.
If the tests come back positive, Britney will call and emergency hearing and Kevin could lose custody!
As of now, Britney and Kevin are due back in court for their continued battle over custody in February, but if the boys test positive, they could be facing each other much sooner!
It's about time that Brit asked for equal justice!
