Did Britney Sleep With a Pap???

Britney's wild night got even wilder last night when a paparazzo (whom she infamously pulled into the bathroom with her back in September) was spotted leaving her hotel at 4am!!!

Britney's Saturday started off with dinner at Taverna Tony's in Malibu, where, according to our photogs, she looked as if she had been drinking.

Then, on her way home, the pop princess inexplicably hopped out of her car to take a picture of a mural on the side of the road.

Pissed that the photographers wouldn't get out of her way, she cursed them out before slamming her camera on a car, losing the memory card!

Returning to the scene, we eventually found the card for her, putting a smile on her formerly sullen face.

But instead of returning to her car, Britney jumped into the car of a videographer named Adnan, from another agency! He drove her around first to Arco, then Rite-Aid looking for a bathroom, before driving her home to change into that pink wig/leopard dress combo.

They arrived at the Peninsula around midnight, with the pap leaving with a grin on his face around 4am. Is Britney sleeping with the enemy???

Incidentally, our photog says he overheard Britney "breaking up" with this same guy months ago, telling him "you're so like yesterday!" Has she been with him all this time???
