We caught them dining out in Hollywood last night at the Roosevelt Hotel, where they attended pal Cacee Cobb's b-day party. An Xclusive X17 inside source says the lovey-dovey twosome sat side by side at their table all night - "they were talking the entire time and Jessica was very giggly around him. She had a great big grin from ear to ear the entire evening." Our source also says that Jess "loosened up a bit with a couple of vodka cocktails." Aw, well sounds like a fun time at Teddy's!
