Us Magazine quotes a source close to the Spears family as saying that family patriarch Jamie Spears is "devastated", "extremely depressed", and "feels Jamie Lynn ruined her life"!

Furthermore, Jamie is "furious" at his daughter and ex-wife Lynne for selling the big news to the highest bidder.

"He put his foot down and refused to take any money and 'profit off of his children,'" the mag reports.

Hopefully Jamie's able to calm down before too long - after all, right now his daughter needs all the support she can get!
