Pretty Woman Goes to War

Looks like we startled Julia Roberts on the red carpet for the premiere of her new film, Charlie Wilson's War.
Must be all the lights and people screaming her name that gave her the "deer in headlights" look. Uh-huh, yeah, right.
Well, this is her first time back at work since giving birth to her youngest...maybe she's just not used to all the attention anymore!
