UPDATE: Mischa's DUIing it In Jail

Mischa Barton is currently being held at the West Hollywood Sheriff's department for driving under the influence AND driving without a license! Double Trouble!
The starlet was arrested at roughly 3 am this morning when she was seen straddling two lanes of traffic on La Cienaga Blvd.
Mischa's due to host a big event at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas on the 30th - wonder if she'll be over her hangover by then??
