Apparently Tara Reid went Wild On Bali, her first night on the island. Sources tell X17 exclusively that the newly-slender star fell accidentally while out late at night partying and was taken to the hospital!

All we know is that she sustained minor cuts and bruises and has been treated and released from the hospital. She's now resting at her Bali hotel.
